Welcome to my private practice website.
I am a licensed clinical social worker in practice since 2002.
My areas of specialty include anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, disruptive behavior disorders and ADHD, mood disorders, identity issues, adjustment issues, loss and grief, school stress, and family difficulties.
I am committed to providing evidence based treatments to my clients, while simultaneously establishing a strong working relationship. I believe the therapeutic relationship is key to making hard changes in one's life.
I work collaboratively treating each individual as the expert in their own life. I am respectful and come from a strengths based perspective.
